1Who we are

Unbound 40 Plus is run by Unbound40 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 17476543), registered office 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA. That makes us the data controller for the personal data described here: we decide how it is used and we are responsible for it. Questions about your data: boas@unbound40.plus.

2What we collect

• When you use the form: your answers to its questions, your email address, your name and phone number, and a note that you sent the form agreeing to replies by WhatsApp, phone or email (the words the form showed, the page and the time). Once you have given your email address, each answer is saved as you give it, so if you stop partway we still have what you gave up to that point.
• When you email us: your message and your email address.
• Visits, anonymously: which pages are viewed, the site or app that sent you, whether you are on a phone or a computer, and your country, counted through CoachMore. This sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device and keeps nothing that identifies you: your IP address and browser details are used for a moment to make a one-way code so you are counted once a day. They are never stored, the code cannot be turned back into them, and it is deleted within three days.

3Why we use it, and the law that allows it

• To reply to your enquiry and talk about working together. The law calls this taking steps at your request before a contract.
• To follow up about an enquiry you started but did not finish, and to keep our records. This is in our legitimate interests; tell us to stop at any time and we will.
• To count visits anonymously and improve the site (our legitimate interests).
• To reply to your enquiry by WhatsApp, phone or email, as the form says by its send button. This is part of replying to you. We keep a note that you agreed, with the words you saw, because WhatsApp asks businesses to, and we only message you there about your enquiry.

Giving us your details is up to you, but without your email address we cannot reply to your enquiry.

If you would rather we did not reply by WhatsApp or phone, tell us at any time: reply STOP to a WhatsApp message, or email boas@unbound40.plus. We will stop, and use email instead if you would still like to hear from us.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

4Who helps us

• Vercel hosts the site, including its images and videos.
• CoachMore stores enquiries so we can reply to you, and counts visits anonymously.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when we reply to you there.

They handle your data for us, on our instructions and under agreements that protect it.

5Where it is stored

Some of these services store data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the UK’s data bridge with the United States or by contract terms approved for UK data.

6How long we keep it

• Enquiries: while we are in contact, then no longer than we need to (at most two years after we were last in touch), after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time: boas@unbound40.plus.
• Visit counts: daily totals with nothing about any one person in them, kept for 25 months.

7Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a form you can take elsewhere. Email boas@unbound40.plus and we will reply within a month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we would like the chance to put it right first.

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
